This is kind of surprising, considering I thought we were done talking about Howard K. Stern, Anna Nicole Smith’s former lawyer and partner.

It’s been two years since Anna Nicole’s death, and authorities are just now filing the first criminal charges. Last night, Howard was arrested and charged with conspiring to fuel an addict with prescription drugs. The addict, of course, is the late Anna Nicole.

Two other doctors — Sandeep Kapoor and Khristine Eroshevich — were also charged with felonies. Sandeep was arrested and booked, and there is a warrant out for Khristine’s arrest.

For the past two years, Howard K. Stern has always said how much he loved Anna Nicole. Does the arrest change your opinion of him, or did you think he was scummy to begin with?
